UL Issues Certification of Power over HDBaseT Cables

Certification helps demonstrate UL’s commitment to advance safety with innovative technology

Northbrook, IL – May, 23, 2017 – The HDBaseT Alliance, the cross-industry group tasked with promoting and advancing the HDBaseT standard, and Alliance Contributor member UL, the global safety science company dedicated to promoting safe living and working environments, today announced the issuance of the new Power over HDBaseT (PoH) Cable Certification to the first group of communications cable companies.
